This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be requested, ensuring clarity and fairness for all users.
By purchasing and using our products and services, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- Refund Eligibility We offer refunds under specific conditions depending on the nature of the service or product purchased:
- AI Tools (ProPilot and PersonAID)
- Due to the digital nature of AI-generated content, all purchases of AI tools are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be considered if a technical failure prevents the AI tool from generating results as described. In such cases, users must provide documented evidence of the failure.
- Requests for refunds due to dissatisfaction with AI-generated content do not qualify, as the user is responsible for verifying and editing outputs before use.
- Subscription-Based Services
- Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle users to a refund for the current billing cycle.
- Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription periods.
- Subscription renewals are automatically processed unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds will not be provided for failure to cancel before renewal.
- Consulting Services
- Consulting services, including strategic advice and AI integration, are non-refundable once delivered.
- If a consulting session is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, the user may request a full refund or reschedule the session.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for refunds.
- Refund Request Process To request a refund, users must:
- Contact our support team at refund@innovaidsolutions.com within the specified eligibility period.
- Provide the order number, date of purchase, and a detailed reason for the refund request.
- For technical issues, submit screenshots or relevant documentation proving the error.
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Cancellation Policy Users may cancel their services as follows:
- AI Tool Access: Cancellations for AI tool access (if subscription-based) take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Subscription Services: Users can manage their subscriptions through their account dashboard or by contacting support before renewal.
- Consulting Services: Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling or refund eligibility.
- Non-Refundable Services The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Any AI-generated content delivered through ProPilot or PersonAID.
- Consulting services already rendered or missed due to client no-shows.
- Digital products and tools accessed or downloaded after purchase.
- Promotional or discounted services, unless otherwise stated.
- Chargebacks and Disputes Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please reach out to us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
- Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
